Abdalla is head of advocacy and part of the litigation team, based in our DIFC office in Dubai
Practicing for almost a decade, Abdalla has built solid experience in various areas of litigation and has rights of audience before the local courts throughout the UAE. He represents a broad range of clients, submitting pleadings on their behalf before all levels of the UAE courts, in various matters including trademark litigation, intellectual property rights, labor disputes and criminal cases.
Prior to joining BSA, Abdalla was an in-house counsel for Al Futtaim Group, where he specialized in commercial agency complaints with a focus on infringement of commercial agencies.
He is an Emirati qualified lawyer, and holds an LLB from the University of Sharjah with a distinction.
