Abdalla AlSuwaidi is the Head of Advocacy and part of our litigation team, based in our Dubai office.
Abdalla has built solid experience in different areas of litigation in the UAE and has the right of audience before the local courts. Fluent in English and Arabic, he represents a broad range of clients, submitting pleadings on their behalf across all stages of the courts in the UAE.
Prior to joining BSA, Abdalla was an Inhouse Counsel for Al Futtaim Group Companies for 4 years. He specialized in the field of commercial agency complaints with a focus on infringement of commercial agencies. Abdalla also handles trademark litigation, intellectual property rights and labor disputes. He often deals with criminal cases.
Abdalla is an Emirati qualified lawyer, he holds an LLB from the University of Sharjah with a distinction.
