He has been practicing in UAE since 2003, with a license issued from the Ministry of Justice as a pleading lawyer and eight years experience in attending pleadings at the courts of UAE.
Elhag has an extensive knowledge of legal systems of both the UAE and Sudanese Court systems and their applicable laws. specialises in several types of litigation cases including civil, criminal, commercial, employment, insurance, rental, real estate, and Sharia law.
Experienced in drafting memorandums, advising clients on the drafting of legal memorandums and legal contracts, attending expert meetings, arbitration sessions and giving verbal and written legal consultation. Also the right of audience before the superior and lower courts in Sudan, also licensed by the Chief of Justice in Sudan to act as a Commissioner for Oaths, drafting contracts and agreements, authenticating and attesting the execution of documents and signatures and administering oaths.
He is a member of the Sudan Bar Association since 1988.
