Gabriel has eight years of experience in the legal field, working in the areas of corporate and commercial law. His corporate experience is varied and includes closing on a wide variety of merger and acquisition transactions in several industries, executing multiple structuring and restructurings for companies and groups of companies, incorporating onshore and offshore entities, optimizing commercial and corporate structure and governance for clients and managed corporate clients.
Gabriel often drafts and reviews various types of contracts such as inter alia distribution, non-disclosure, lease, settlement, services, joint-venture, banking facilities and related security documents (mainly consisting of mortgage, cash collateral and pledge of accounts, shares, insurance proceeds), share purchase and shareholders agreements, swap agreements, netting agreements and management agreements and he regularly conducts due diligence on national and multi-national companies.
Gabriel is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
