Hassan is an associate within the litigation practice, based in our DIFC offices.
Hassan has been with BSA for close to 10 years. His main area of expertise lie in construction and infrastructure disputes, however he also advises clients in relation to civil law, as well as commercial and criminal laws, insurance and rental disputes.
Hassan has extensive experience in drafting the full gamut of submissions at the three tiers of litigation. In addition to this, Hassan has significant experience working on high-value arbitrations in Dubai.
