Himanshu is part of the corporate and M&A practice at BSA.
He is a highly experienced lawyer with many years of quality transactional and advisory proficiency across multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining BSA, he worked with one of the largest law firms in Asia and has experience of working on several noteworthy M&A deals. Bearing an in-depth understanding of key industry sectors, he also enjoys the endorsement of a number of high-profile and multi-national clients, with whom he works closely on a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Besides significant core experience of advising on M&A transactions, corporate (re-)structurings, corporate governance, foreign investment and policy matters across various industry sectors, Himanshu also has specialized experience and know-how in the defence, education and non-banking finance sectors. His notable ancillary experience additionally includes advising on alternative investment funds, airport concessionaire contracts, thermal power projects, clinical trials, rope-way projects, tele-medicine projects, anti-trust/ competition law matters and public charities.
Himanshu also remains admitted to practice law in India, and has native fluency in written and spoken English, Hindi and Urdu.
