Himanshu is an associate in the corporate and M&A practice in BSA’s DIFC office in Dubai.

Himanshu is an experienced corporate M&A lawyer with many years of quality transactional and advisory proficiency across multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining BSA, he worked with the largest full-service law firm of India where he regularly advised and represented several high-profile domestic and multi-national clients in a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.

Aside from frequently assisting his clients on M&A transactions, corporate (re-)structuring's, corporate governance aspects, foreign exchange control issues and policy matters, Himanshu also has significant specialized experience and know-how of the Indian defence, education and non-banking finance sectors. Additionally, some of his key ancillary experience include advising on alternative investment funds, airport concessionaire contracts, thermal power projects, clinical trials, rope-way projects, tele-medicine projects, anti-trust/ competition law matters, public charities, etc.

Himanshu is admitted to practice law in India, and is fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi languages.
