Johnny is a Partner in our Beirut office in Lebanon, specialising in Corporate and M&A and Commerical Law.
She has a full range of legal services expertise in a variety of matters ranging from penal and civil law to commercial and business law, general corporate work, mergers and acquisitions and structuring foreign investments to specific industry sectors.
She has also built a strong and valuable experience in all matters relating to commercial law and more specifically competition, franchising, distribution, and management agreements.
Johnny assists our clients from the initial establishment of their company through all aspects of its evolution and operation. This includes building appropriate corporate and tax structures and advising them on how to take advantage of all the exemptions and particularities of the Lebanese system.
She has also handled several IPO and PPM projects, as well as advising on incorporation and privatisation within several industries including entertainment and hospitality.
