Maram Abdullah Almegbel is an associate based in our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.
She has over seven years of experience as a results-driven lawyer, specializing in advising clients across various legal matters including real estate, labor, and various commercial matters. Maram is proficient in drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing expert legal counsel. She has a proven track record of success where she excelled in judicial representation, case preparation, contract drafting, and legal opinion consultations.
Currently, Maram is assisting a major F&B group with all of their employment advisory and managing a significant number of their litigation matters. She is experienced in dispute resolution and is actively involved in daily proceedings in front of Saudi courts and forums.
With a Bachelor of Law from King Saudi University and a keen focus on continuous skill development, Maram is equipped with a diverse skill set encompassing legal research, effective negotiation, attention to detail, and leadership notably in commercial, employment, real estate, and personal status law.
