Omar is a Corporate Paralegal based in our Dubai office at BSA.
He is developing his experience in the UAE across numerous
sectors including banking, trade, restructuring, real estate, and employment.
Omar is attentive and resourceful in conducting legal research, in addition to
assisting in large scale matters which encompass complex preparations. On a
day-to-day basis, he is regularly involved in corporate transactions, drafting
commercial agreements, and handling client matters including formulating
strategies in order to secure positive outcomes in their disputes.
Omar is fluent in English and Arabic, and holds an LLB degree
from the University of Surrey’s School of Law.
