Our Litigation department consists of skilled practitioners from across the Middle East, speaking over 15 languages and with decades of collective experience in the region. With rights of audience in every country where we have an office, we are one of the few law firms able to litigate in all Courts, providing our clients with tailored solutions to their most important challenges.
The sheer size of our Litigation department allows us to assign a dedicated procedural team to each case happening in the Court of First Instance or other higher Courts. These teams specialise in the procedures of each Court and are familiar with the staff at the Courts, allowing us to ensure swift and efficient processing of procedural matters.
We have a specialist team who works exclusively with the Court of Execution, helping to facilitate coordination with the various government departments involved in identifying and tracing assets for attachment purposes. We are also one of the very few firms in the region to have a dedicated Advocacy Department.
