Arsalan is commercially-minded and western-educated lawyer with broad experience advising across corporate/commercial, banking and finance, real estate, hospitality, dispute resolution and oil and gas practice areas and is currently working as a Partner with our Oman Office (BSA Al Rashdi & Al Barwani Advocates and Legal Consultants), after spending two years in our DIFC Office. Arsalan has previously worked in-house with a large oil and gas company and for top-tier law firms in Pakistan and Oman. Arsalan acts external legal advisor to international companies and local/government entities and is known to offer pragmatic and solution-focused advice.
Arsalan regularly advises clients in Oman, UAE and Saudi Arabia. He is a barrister-at-law and has been called to the bar of England and Wales at Lincolns Inn, UK. He also holds an LLB from the University of London, UK and has completed his Bar Vocation Training Course from City University in London.
