Hadiel is a senior associate in the litigation practice, based in our DIFC office in Dubai.
After completing the prestigious University of Sorbonne's undergraduate law program, Hadiel joined our team 7 years ago, whereby she handles litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. Hadiel's current position has enabled her to garner the legal skills and knowledge for a wide array of matters, including real estate, rental, employment, construction, commercial, medical malpractice, and criminal disputes.
Hadiel is also in charge of liaising with multinational companies' legal departments, as she is fluent in English, French, and Arabic. She regularly provides analytical and pragmatic legal advice on local laws and regulations tailored to each client's individual requirements.
She has successfully concluded several settlements between disputing parties, provided pre-litigation advice, and formulated bespoke strategies to ensure positive conclusion to disputes and eliminate litigation proceedings wherever possible.
Besides her focal practice, Hadiel regularly handles matters involving alternative dispute resolution tracts that are available in the UAE such as mediation and arbitration.
