Mundhir is a Partner based in the Muscat office, in the Sultanate of Oman.
His experience covers high profile insurance and banking cases, in which he has acted for major international insurance and financial institutions. He also advises several multinational firms on establishing presence and acquiring licenses to operate in Oman, initiating discussions with regulators such as the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and negotiating compliance-related matters.
Mundhir led a team which advised one of the most prominent banks in Oman on several matters including Islamic banking, loans and merchant banking transactions.
He holds an LL.B from the University of Applied Sciences in Jordan with an emphasis on Private and Public Laws.
