Nadia is a senior associate within the corporate practice, based in in our DIFC office.
Nadia has been practicing law for over nine years, with a focus on corporate related matters. She regularly provides clients, from a wide-range of sectors, with legal assistance in relation to transactional, commercial, consumer protection, and taxation matters.
Her practice is heavily focused on restructuring and bankruptcy related matters, and she routinely assists distressed companies on the best options to facilitate successful the restructuring of their liabilities. Nadia also advises lenders on the available recourses for the recovery of their debts.
Nadia is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association.
