• Simon Isgar, Partner & Head of Insurance/Reinsurance, BSA 

Simon has 20 years of experience representing international insurers and intermediaries throughout insurance markets globally undertaking both contentious and non-contentious insurance/reinsurance work. His specialist niche areas of practice involve international private medical insurance and international health regulations.

• James Wilson, Head of M&A and Financial Lines, UIB 

James specializes in offering innovative risk transfer solutions tailored to a variety of transaction scenarios. He assists clients in all industry sectors; working with buyers, sellers and their advisers on deals across the globe, catering to acquisitions, investments, sales, restructurings/insolvencies and fund liquidations.
With 18 years’ experience in the sector, James has held management positions both as an Underwriter and Broker and has worked on transactions in a variety of industry sectors for clients on almost every continent.
